Where do we begin?

We all have a different starting point. We all have different goals. We all have different timelines for how we got here. And we all have different timelines for how quickly we progress.

But one thing we all have is the ability to START. And we are here to help guide + support you every step of the way.

Your First Visit—Consultation & X-Rays

Your first visit will involve a warm welcome, a quick tour, and then proceed with a full consultation, exam, any necessary x-rays + the option to receive your first adjustment with us!

Remember, our goal is to see you healthy & to live well! This process helps us better identify the state of your health & potential causes of your condition.

“Look well to the spine for the cause of disease.”

-Hippocrates

Your Second Visit—A Personalized Care Plan

During your second visit, we will discuss how we can help you and your individual recommendations for chiropractic care. Included will be the number of visits, frequency + the cost of your care.

I’ll go ahead and ask this one for you—do we accept insurance? This is a common and equally fair question. Head over to the FAQ’s to get a full explanation on insurance.

Initial Phase of Care—Corrective Chiropractic Care

The initial phase of care is typically referred to as "CORRECTIVE”. The reason we refer to it as such is because what we’ve found is structure often determines function. The better aligned your spine is to its intended or ideal position (structure), the better able your body is able to experience health (function). This phase is often characterized by relief of symptoms and the restoration of health.

Progress Evaluations

Along the way, we will do progress evaluations or re-exams to determine what changes you’ve had and/or experienced, make any necessary changes, as well as ask questions you or we might have.

This also gives us an opportunity to CELEBRATE YOU! We love being able to share in the victories (big or little) along the way.

“There is no process that does not take time.”

Post-Corrective Care X-Rays

After your initial phase of care + progress evaluations, we will do a post-corrective exam & x-rays to see what changes you’ve made, as well as determine your recommendations moving forward.

Wellness Care

Wellness? Yes, wellness. Again, we don’t just want to see you get well, we want to see you stay well. We believe everyone deserves to experience health now…and for years to come. And to keep you well means to continue to regularly remove interference from the build up of our daily stressors. We are all human. We are not always immune to the STRESS—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually—that life often throws at us.

Regular wellness chiropractic care helps to reduce the effects of stress on the body, as well as increases our adaptability to our ever-changing environment.

Lifestyle Support + Tune-Ups

Unique events and/or workshops that focus on lifestyle—to enrich our community and our wholeness—mind, body, spirit.

We strive to help educate & empower you with the knowledge to make the best decisions for you and your family in creating health through lifestyle-changes and choices. If we want to see you get well AND stay well (which we do!), then we must help you understand different areas of your life and how they impact your overall expression of health. Health is not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle of making decisions based on what the body needs to function at a high level, not always what is easy or convenient.

Knowledge is power! And we want to make you a powerhouse on all things lifestyle + leveling up your health!

Join us for our “Raising Healthy Families” webinar on Tuesday, September 13th, live at 11 am. Not able to catch it live? No problem. You can always watch the recording. To register, click HERE.

We are always looking for the root cause. And that often includes uncovering many layers and years of trauma and stress that has lead us to our current state of health. It takes time to identify, address, and heal these stressors. Healing is a process. Progress will ebb and flow. Be patient with yourself and your body.

Let’s do this…together.
